Steps to setup Guest Network in Linksys AC1900 MU-MIMO Wi-Fi router
- To setup Guest Network, connect to your Web interface by opening up a browser and typing www.linksyssmartwifi.com on the address bar of the browser.
- Linksys Router login page is going to appear on the screen.
- Mention “admin” as the default username on the username field. Type your assigned password in the password field. If you haven’t assigned any password then mention “admin” as the default password on the password field.
- Click on the login button and you will be redirected to the home page of www.linksyssmartwifi.com
- Under Smart Wi-Fi tools you will see Guest Access option, click on it.
- Guest Network Page will get displayed on your screen.
- To enable the Guest Network, slider the bar beside Guest Access.
- Now, assign a frequency band to your Guest Network with a Network Name.
- To assign a Network Name and a well-secured password to your Guest Network, click on the Edit tab residing next to the Guest network
- The user can also limit the number of users he wants on the Guest Network, click on the Drop down box which will be located under the total Guests allowed and then just select the number of users you want.

Steps to setup Parental controls feature in Linksys AC1900 MU-MIMO Wi-Fi router
- Visit the web interface of Linksys Smart Wi-Fi by opening up a browser in your desktop and start typing www.linksyssmartwifi.com on the address bar.
- Linksys Router login page is going to appear on the screen.
- Mention the login credentials within the respective fields. Type “admin” on both the username and password field. Click on the login button and you will be redirected to the home screen of the Linksys Smart Wi-Fi.
- Locate the Parental control feature and enable it by sliding the Parental Control slider.
- To restrict a computer from accessing the websites, type the name of the computer in the Restrict Internet Access list.
- If the user wants to block the internet Access on the selected computer list then he has to select Never allow Internet access.
- To block specific websites. Click on the ADD next to block the particular website. Type the URL of the websites which you want to block
- Click on the OK tab to apply the changes you made.
